Rules |
Teams
are limited to 5 runs per inning, the last batter to bat will
considered the 3rd out In League play we will follow NAFA 10U advancement rules, Runners starting at first or
second base may steal only one base per pitch. Runners starting at
3rd base may not steal or advance home, but may be called out if they are
off the base.. Runners can only score on a batted ball, base on
balls or hit batter with the bases full, or on an awarded base by the
umpire. Runners may advance to 1st base on a dropped third
strike, catchers must throw the runner out. |

10U dropped third strike rule now follows all other age
groups rules for runner advancing. |
